Collaborating in a way that matches your own authentic preferences and aligns with your goals is critical for success – and understanding how your colleagues experience your actions allows you to flex your collaboration in ways that generate the highest performance for everyone.
We all have strengths and areas for improvement. Based on feedback from yourself and others, you will identify your top superpowers, undiscovered strengths, growth opportunities, and watch-outs, across the nine core competencies of smarter collaboration.
In your SC360 report, you will receive practical tips across the nine competencies. Think about which ones resonate and which don’t and then zero in on a few areas that will make the most difference. In addition to prioritizing two to three development goals, we recommend creating an action plan to achieve them.

SC360 Team
Understand your team’s collaborative strengths and development areas
Smarter collaboration allows teams to perform better than an individual could do on their own. The SC360 Team shows the ratings across your team members from a variety of people they’ve worked with (managers, peers, etc.). Analyzing this feedback will help you spark discussions about how your team can best capitalize on some of the strongest competencies and where the team should focus on development.
How it works:
Each team member completes the 10-minute online Smarter Collaboration 360, and nominates raters.
We consolidate the data from the individual 360s into a Team 360.
The Team 360 is an actionable, team-focused report including:
