On November 13, we are holding a virtual launch event for our new Smarter Collaboration 360 development tool (created in collaboration with our new sister company Smarter Collaboration International).

The SC360 provides people with valuable input from colleagues, managers, direct reports, and even external parties such as clients to better understand their collaborative superpowers, undiscovered strengths, watch-outs, and growth opportunities. Spanning nine core collaborative competencies, these insights – plus associated research-backed advice – can help them drive higher collaborative performance.

During the 45-minute session, hosts Dr. Heidi K. Gardner, Ivan Matviak, and Csilla Ilkei will introduce the key concepts behind the SC360, how it helps drive measurable improvement in collaborative capabilities, and how learning and development professionals can use it with their clients and internally.

To accommodate multiple time zones, two launch sessions are available:
